Kale graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Ole Miss (Hotty Toddy!) and began his CPA career with 2 of the 'Big 4' accounting firms, EY and KPMG. After building the foundations of his career with these world-class firms, Kale pivoted to working with well-known and high-growth Colorado businesses in financial leadership roles.
Kale's leadership scope has encompassed full-cycle accounting, strategic finance, and expert tax knowledge. Orginally from a coastal town in Mississippi, Kale grew up coming to Colorado to ski and experience the beauty of winter with his grandparents. He quickly fell in love with the mountains and the outdoor recreation of Colorado. Kale and his wife, Sara, have lived in Denver, Evergreen and the Vail Valley -- each being a unique area of Colorado that is a special place to their family. In his free time, Kale's passions are mountain biking, skiing in the backcountry or local resort, playing guitar and hiking with his dog, Gus.
